| If it is Matterport, make the link for their scan private. For images, etc, if they are realtors you can file an ethics complaint with their local Real Estate Association. The money they pay is for use of the material, non payment constitutes a copyright violation. | ||

| Send invoice 3 times, 4 times, 6 times. Call to confirm email address is correct....that usually starts them thinking that next call is directly to them...hiding period is coming to an end!!! I have never had to chase someone beyond that. I only deal with retail and consumer businesses. They either can pay or will be out of business soon enough anyhow. |
