Hey guys! So I did this home a couple of weeks ago and just got asked by the realtor who was asked by the own if it was possible to improve the color saturation saying that the home looks washed out and flat. I know this is not possible but just wanted to see what you guys thought. Couple of points, it was very overcast and somewhat foggy on the lake. As you'll see, there really isn't very much color in the home anyway (which to their credit, they did say, "the few pops of color throughout the house appear muted". What would you say to the client/realtor? How would you respond? http://3dtours.99hills.com/3d-model/2458-moccasin-creek-rd/skinned/ Thanks in advance! Joel |

Looks like it may have been processed prior to when Matterport fixed the lighting issue we were having. If so, try making a copy and re-process it. | ||

MPembed.com is an amazing 3rd party overlay with some color connecting options. I use it on all of my tours Edit: it's a good looking tour. Props for perfect floral arrangement in the bathroom. Maybe i don't have the eye for it but saturating the other colors would only intensify the white... there's a lot of white. |
