| Hi all, I am Eric from Ultracker (Aleta S2C 12K 360º Camera), here are some tips for you to shoot good photos  1. The camera has minimum stitching distance of 3.3 ft (1 meter). If there are objects too near, please try to face the objects to a single lens to avoid stitching error. 2. If there are both far and near objects close to the stitching line, it may cause some stitching error. Before shooting, we suggest to use the APP preview to confirm the image. If you see some distortion or broken lines, you can rotate the camera to change the position of stitching lines to fix them. 3. Keeping the surface of the lenses clean will get significantly better quality. 4. For the first time use, please charge the battery to full. 5. Click power button to enter sleep mode in-between taking pictures can save significant power. Click power button again will wake it up and it takes just 6~7 seconds. 6. SD card slot is on the bottom. If it shows ERR, please use the APP to format SD card in the camera(all data in the SD card will be erased). 7. The APP supports: Android 5.0~8.0, iOS 10.1 and above 8. For Android mobile devices, the APP need 4K video decoding to show live image. If the cellphone doesn't support it, please change the camera's video codec to MJPEG in the setup menu (the frame rate would be much lower). 9. For Android mobile devices, if the APP cannot found the camera Wi-Fi, please try to: (1) Disable 4G/3G of the cellphone. (2) Enable GPS of the cellphone. 10. For iOS device, please use the iOS setting -> Wi-Fi to find the camera 11. While recording video, sound is received by the APP so please keep the APP on during recording. 12.
