Hi All,

Just brainstorming out-loud here to help you with predictable revenue in 2019.

Could you offer two rate cards?

✓ one rate card for those that infrequently engage you
✓ one rate card for those that are willing to pay a monthly subscription to entitle them to special pricing and/or other benefits?

I could imagine a monthly (or annual) fee:

Option 1: based on their previous 12 months for Matterport, photos and video.
Option 2: may be flat (does not 'matter' what size listing): a benefit of a subscription
Option 3: The monthly fee is $49, $99 or $149 monthly

Are you a Costco Member? That might be your inspiration of how do you get 10-20 clients paying you X per month or X per pre-paid per year.

I'm not sure if this is for:

✓ new clients?
✓ existing clients?
✓ existing, infrequent clients?
✓ existing, frequent clients?

Monthly Membership benefits might include:

1. hosting until the house sells (rather than for 3 or 6 months)
2. 2D schematic floor plans included with each listing
3. what else might you include?

I could imagine that making this public on your rate card page might handle all the requests for potential clients that ask you for a discount.

Your thoughts?

Happy holidays,

Dan

I am glad you started this topic. I am right at the stage of thinking about to offer this for next year. I think that best way would be to base it on 12 month usage. It will give easily calculated benefit to your client.

@Miguelea

Yes! Great! What a great way to try your best to "lock in" the same amount of business. Have you decided what kind of incentive to get your client to switch to X per month?

Best,

Dan

Not yet. I am on pretty tight pricing with the client (I am considering to try it on). So I would probably go with Interactive 2D floorplan like this

Or video virtual tour like this

What do you think?
