| About Matterport Pro Wanted Posts --- The We Get Around Network has a need for a Matterport Pro in or near Huntsville, Ontario, Canada (Near Toronto). A WGAN Member has reached out to the We Get Around Network for: --- ✓ A Matterport 3D Tour in: Huntsville, Ontario, Canada (Near Toronto, Ontario) ✓ Size: 3,061 SQ FT [1732 sqft walkout (+ 1329 sqft basement)] ✓ Cottage Property (Real estate) ✓ Deadline: Need by 4 pm EDT Monday, 5 November 2018 ✓ We require a 3D Matterport scan (WITH PRO2 CAMERA) of cottage property including a few 360's of the outside areas (Showing front of house, back yard, view from deck, etc.). Ideally it would be great if the screened room on main level could also be included in the 3D tour. If this is for some reason not possible, there would at least have to be a 360 in there. ✓ We will have the MSP upload the scan to our account. We expect windows and mirrors to be appropriately marked and for the scan to be neatly trimmed so that no 3D data "overspray" shows up. ✓ We also want there to be very few black spots show up on Dollhouse view which means making sure a scan is taken to include areas behind doors, couches, shower curtains, etc.. ✓ And finally, it's important to us that there be a scan point just inside bedrooms, and ideally in one or two of the corners as well as we take snapshots to build a highlight reel using those locations. (In the past we've had MSP's do the absolute bare minimum where they've done a scan just outside a room, and then there's another scan in the middle of the room, and that's it! This makes for a very poor highlight reel as you can't see much from the scan from outside the room, and then again from the scan in the middle of the room all you can really "see" is a corner of the room.). In fact, from our perspective the more scans the better. We'll simply deactivate any ones we don't want to show up in the final model. ✓ Because we ask for the model to be uploaded to our account, we absorb the cost of the processing fees for the model as well as ongoing hosting, which saves the sub-contractor MSP those costs. ✓ Total payable for this scan to a subcontractor would be $475 CAD + tax (HST), which would include the mileage (approx 250 km) from downtown Toronto. --- Eligibility ✓ Must be a We Get Around Network Basic, Standard or Premium Member.
