@DanSmigrod Not always, but I've never lost a job based on quality and service. And, I've never lost a local job to another MSP. When I lose a job it is due to the agent deciding to do nothing, or photos only. KF |

No, often times potential clients are just price shopping and don’t allow for one to provide value justification for price and go with the lowest bidder. I run a business, not a hobby. I’m ok with not getting everything we quote. Also, as time goes by, we’re understanding exactly what customer we want to seek and which ones we’d rather not pursue. (Narrowoing down our avatar) Just my 2 cents. |

@Chemistrydoc Do you get the 2D photo shoot? @CarlosFHdz How do you differentiate your Matterport Service Provider business from a low price bidder? Dan |

@DanSmigrod Generally, yes, I do. I bundle 2D HDR + Matterport and give an incentive to do both. Sometimes, though, the agent just doesn't get the value proposition (3D , single page property website, teaser video, etc) and just wants to do the minimum possible and still look good. So, if they call, 95% of the time, I'm doing work for them. KF |

Quote:Originally Posted by @Chemistrydoc When quoting - especially for an agent that ALREADY HAS THE LISTING - do you include selling points about helping the agent: ✓ get most listing appointments ✓ win more listings ✓ win bigger premium listings (While the agent is asking about an existing listing, it's likely that you will have more successful if you can frame the quote about getting more business. Otherwise, Matterport is just another expense that comes out of the agent's pocket. Your thoughts on this topic? Best, Dan |
