Have you tried approaching a new apartment where the model is built, but the property is still a construction site, so the only way to "tour" the model is in the sales trailer in VR or at an event targeting prospects?

Yep, they wanted all rights to the images. I was not to use the images for any other use and Matterport was not to have any usage rights. Deal lost.

I bet if I was better versed in the law, I might be able to convince. But I couldn't get past the apartment manager if I wouldn't budge on Copy-write usage rights.

It may be good to prepare a case-study of management companies that use Matterport Technology for leasing and succeed more with online leasing and over the telephone leasing thanks to Matterport.

These are companies that are utilizing the technology for sales rather than asking weird questions that do not make a difference in the use-case.
