Saw this offer (above) on the "Contact Us" page of a Matterport Service Provider. | Used to be 50% OFF first scan or BOGO free...depends on how I felt that day. In actuality, the agents that respond to these offers are usually willing to give it a try on a property that hasn't moved for months. Not really a great test and when it doesn't sell in a couple of weeks they usually won't pay full price the next time. I've only had one agent re-hire me after the 1/2 off one. Haven't used it for a while for those reasons. The ongoing effort to educate the average Realtor as to the benefits of 3D tours is costly and at some point I'll have to ask myself, is it worth it. |
