Register Now – you will have invested in your future and succeed faster. The longer discussion: ✓ How easy is for a potential Client to do business with you? ✓ When a potential client emails or calls you, how long does it take you to get back to them? ✓ Do you go back and forth or getting info to quote the project? ✓ Do you go back and forth about scheduling? ✓ Does the agent need to check with the homeowner and then get back to you on scheduling? ✓ Are your competitors easier to do business with? These are some of the friction points in doing business with you. If doing business with you is more like requesting a taxi that using Uber, then you have friction points (from the potential Client's perspective). Kodak missed the convenience boat. Don't let that happen to you. Be convenient to do business. I could imagine that all of us could benefit from this book that I bought yesterday (19 August 2018): ✓ THE CONVENIENCE REVOLUTION: How to Deliver a Customer Service Experience That Disrupts the Competition and Creates Fierce Loyalty by Shep Hyken. "... creating less friction and being more convenient for your customers should be your strategy. When you raise the convenience bar, you create the next level of amazing customer experience. And, when you do, your customers will reward you with their money, their loyalty and their referrals. That’s the advantage of joining The Convenience Revolution," says The Convenience Revolution Author Shep Hyken. "And [customers] choose to do more business with the people and companies that make their lives more convenient!" Best, Dan |

@rzphotoman We launched the We Get Around Network Instant Booking Service powered by KoaWare one week ago today (Tuesday, 21 August 2018) in Georgia. (Join Free) (The rest of the USA ... coming soon. ✓ How many books did Amazon sell its first week? ✓ How many rides did Uber sell its first week? ✓ How many packages did FEDEX ship its first week? The bigger picture questions for Matterport Service Providers need to ask ourselves are: 1. how will an instant booking service help us get booked more visual storytelling services ore often and for the most money. 2. can I benefit from first mover advantage in my market 3. how do real estate agents want to engage with Matterport Service Providers? Best, Dan |
