Hope Everyone is well. Since everything else is Virtual, I have 3 questions pertaining to it. 1. Anyone have experience with a virtual assistant? 2. If so, would you recomend using one? 3. Which company did you use. |

Yes, I have had a lot of experience with this. Be prepared to train one and then they can leave. Be prepared for them only to work 10 hours as they could also be also working for multiple people. This can be avoided by using a screen shot monitor so you can see what they are doing. Be prepared to give them a lot of time training. If you dont train, you cant expect them to create the work the way you want it done. You will be repeating yourself many times. Create video screen shots of what you want them to do so that they have something to refer to (which lessons the fact of you having to repeat yourself). It depends on how much patience you have. Stick at it, and you will eventually find someone that is hardworking and honest. When you do, pay them well and you will keep them forever. I pay double what the going average rate is for the job that they do for me at Hometakes. |
