I only need to offer Matterport to be successful is likely to be in for a big (disappointing) surprise. You will quickly realize - at a minimum - you need to offer one-stop-shopping that includes: 1. Photos - 1st thing a real estate agent wants before Matterport 2. Video - 2nd thing a real estate agent wants before Matterport 3. Matterport 3D Tour 4. Aerial video and photos (partner with an aerial Pro that does not offer Matterport) 5. 2D schematic Floor Plans What other cores services must a new Matterport Service Provider offer to be successful? | I’m a FIRM believer in providing a Single Property website (WP3D). Some agents can hardly get the tour and pictures in the right place on their own websites and MLS services. BUT as an agent MYSELF, the seller is double WOW’d when they see a website created only for THEIR home... show them a Zillow or Trulia page and how many distractions and ads are on these pages.
