Help please with using the DJI OSMO 2 with the Zillow App7459

| Hello all and thanks for adding me, I went through the training series for using the Zillow app to add video walkthroughs for my clients. The first one using it today and could not get the Osmo 2 to work using the Zillow app. Works great using the DJI app all last night but when using the Zillow app for a walkthrough today, ended up pulling the iPhone 8 out of the Osmo and walking it. Have you seen this or could lead me to the right process for syncing it to use via the Zillow app? Thanks in advance.. Had to use a counterweight also to balance with the Iphone-8+ and the Moment wide angle but the issue was just getting it to sync with the app, then switch to using the Zillow app for the video walkthrough. | I don't think Zillow let's you use anything but their crappy app. The videos look horrible. It's sad that they took matterport off from the virtual tour and put on their app. | ||

| The agent can put the Matterport link in the mls virtual tour link but it does not show up as prominent as it used to. Buyers have to clock the vtour link to know it’s there | ||

Our Zillow rep writes: "You should be able to use the DJI Osmo mobile devices with the Zillow app, you just won’t be able to use the buttons on it (since those require using the DJI app)." "You will not be able to use the “regular” DJI Osmo devices, since those require you to work through the DJI app." "However – all Zillow Certified photographers are able to publish professional videos to their Zillow listings. Meaning that any videos created through the DJI app (via either regular or mobile Osmo devices) will be able to publish – the photographer will just need to share the video file with us." | I have the same set up as you Navyman. I’ve used it several times. You can use the joystick to pan left right up-and-down but you can’t sync the app. You can’t zoom or start and stop video. You have to use your finger on the phone. Also purchased a counterweight that was made for the Osmo mobile two and added some small fishing weights inside the counterweight. Gets hollow. | ||
