Wrong Tour Displayed On Realtor.com7395

MarkCantu private msg quote post Address this user
Good Day! I am wondering if this has ever happened to another person? I made a Matterport Tour for a new property that I have. On my MLS, I have the link set up for new tour. New tour plays on the MLS. However, when property is showing on Realtor.com, Realtor.com shows the previous tour I set up for a different property of mine? Since the Realtor.com is fed from the MLS, I am not too sure what entity to pursue for correction of this matter. My client (Actual Homeowner) is very unhappy.

Data is data so the first thing to do is confirm the right Matterport url is in the mls dashboard for the corresponding property.

If it is then contact MLS to refresh that listing data to realtor.com because the data of each listing doesn’t refresh daily unless the data has changed. There are a few reasons why it may not have been updated but focus on fixing it by telling the MLS of the problem and ask them to refresh it so the data with the correct Matterport link gets pushed to realtor.com

@GlennTremain Thanks. The right Matterport URL is set, when I am on the MLS, tour plays fine. Somewhere in the transition to Realtor.com, the problem occurs. I will take your advice and call the San Antonio MLS tomorrow, and ask them to do as you suggested. Thank you for your advice.

Mark
