| Has the processing time been longer lately. I uploaded a scan 24 hours ago and it still says it's processing. It's not a large scan, maybe 70 3D scans and about 10 360's. | ||

| @ajabba that's not right I uploaded 9 yesterday with a similar amount and had them back within 5-7 hours... I would try uploading a second time and lodge with Support. | ||

| @Property3dNZ Thanks. I did call support and they actually called me back and said that occasionally happens. She started processing it again and it just took a few hours then. | ||
