How do you all get realtors that you have done a tour for to update you on information regarding a property? If the price is changing, if sales is pending or sold. I would love to change my MP tour to reflect these items but they don't tell me. I find myself myself going on MLS once every couple of weeks, looking up the property, seeing if the price is listed or if it is even still on the market. Suggestions? |

Fotoguy If you cannot get the agent to set up an automatic update in their MLS system to notify you each time a property changes status or has a price change, try favoriting the home on Zillow - I noticed Zillow doing this on one of our listings I favorited. Best advice though is to ask the agent to set you up on an auto-update email and tell them that way you never have to bother them and they don't need to worry the status on their tour is not being changed in a timely manner. Have ann amazing day! Bernie Timms Hilton Head Island Real Estate Brokers. |

I quit posting price. Not my job to write their descriptions and update their price. Too time consuming as you indicated above. You want to appeal to a new agent/ customer and not have something like non-updated information reflect negatively against you. The offering is appealing to show you can offer more details about the listing, but it becomes more work with a blade that Ca hurt you. |

I make single property sites via WP3D and tell the agents who I Shoot for to let me know about changes to the listing, like price changes, extensions, etc. WHAT BETTER WAY TO KEEP IN TOUCH AND GET NEW BUSINESS. Automation sucks. Howard “Fuggeddaboutit” Witz 3D Vuz, NYC |

@fotoguy Rather than viewing the updates as an imposition, why not view it as another touch-point with your Client (as @3dVUZ suggests)? Dan |

I’m not looking at it as an imposition at all. I can always find a reason to contact a client. When photos go up on MLS,that is when they get the most views. I simply want my best pictures shown to the masses. I could have the realtor replace them after I get the corrected version but by that time, a large number of potentate clients have seen my photos and didn’t get to see the work I want them to see. | ||

@fotoguy Yes. Thanks for the backstory. (I can not imagine asking a Realtor to replace photos.) Dan |
