I would add these considerations (not covered in the video) ✓ Google Street View certified ✓ Interval 360ºs (essential for CUPIX) ✓ Time-lapse Video (essential for CUPIX) ✓ API (Ricoh Theta V) ✓ APP ecosystem (Ricoh Theta V) Plus, unless you have a project that will pay for your camera today, I would wait until the 2018 Google Street View Summit to see if there are new camera announcements and/or which cameras meet Google's Street View Ready certification. Amazon (As of 26 April 2018) ✓ Ricoh Theta V ($397) ✓ Xiaomi Mi Sphere ($300) ✓ GoPro Fusion ($700) ✓ Insta360 One ($300) Best, Dan P.S. It's essential that every Matterport Pro have an under $500 360º Camera. If you publishing from Matterport to Google Street View, you need 360ºs to connect the business to the Street. WGAN-TV NCTech iStar Pulsar at the Expo at the 2018 SPAR 3D Expo and Conference @Metroplex360 NCTech has not released pricing or availability for their backpack (or car mount). At SPAR3D Expo & Conference, I learned that NCTech is still finishing the design of the backpack and car mount for its iSTAR Pulsar that they said would start shipping last Friday (15 June 2018). Once the NCTech backpack and car mount are available, it's a seminal moment for large-scale 360º content creation - charging by the mile instead of by the SQ FT for Reality Capture Experts.
