Many of you have asked to see my digital showing presentation. This is something that I've kept for myself since I do speak to real estate associations and at conventions for pay. I'm actually at a convention in Iowa right now, however I have decided to share the PowerPoint with this community since many of you have helped develop a lot of what I'm presenting on so here it is! https://www.dropbox.com/s/ltkgiuo3pw93ni0/Digital%20Showings%20v2.pptx?dl=0 I only ask that if you use any of the content you cite source, and not copy me completely. All three vendors were given a chance to comment and provide content to include. I'm presenting this again in MN & WI soon, but will likely revamp it completely afterwards. My goal is to keep it unbiased, factual, and informative for real estate agents/brokers whom may want to use digital showings for their business. I typically end the presentation with a live demonstration of Matterport on the Samsung Gear VR, I also pull up examples of each product and encourage the audience to try them on their own iPads computers etc. |

Nice presentation @doylerealtor. Thanks for sharing it! On your slide 26 there is a photo of the equipment used for the iGuide solution (looks like a normal DSLR). Do you have first hand experience with it? I've been looking for an easy way to capture quality photo spheres for Google Cardboard consumption, without too much complexity. I was wondering if this system might be a potential answer, albeit it's quite expensive for simple 360 creation. |

I do not, that picture was actually provided by Kevin with iGuide. It appears to be a DSLR camera attached to a tablet & a laser. Toursler operates in a similar fashion, I hear they may be working on a google cardboard solution, perhaps connect with @Bryn |
