  Hi All, In the Matterport Newsletter today (17 May 2018), Matterport announced its new Capture app (2.4.2) and Firmware update (version 1.1.623.19684). "Our newest firmware was designed to make the capture process as fast and as easy as possible," says the newsletter. "[The Capture app] offers the best performance with fast capture firmware, and includes new alignment algorithms and sets the stage for our 3 latest betas below. Note that Capture 2.5 will install only on 64-bit iPads. If you can update your iPad to iOS11, then it is a 64-bit device. Capture 2.4.2 continues to work on older 32-bit iPads and supports Fast Capture firmware." Your thoughts? Best, Dan |
