| Seeing how I've been very vocal about the things I feel Matterport gets wrong (e.g., 300 model hosting limit = STUPID), I figure I'll give credit when credit is due. This post is inspired by a previous discussion: Schematic Floorplans added a pool I don't always order floor plans, but did so on a small rural property and was pleasantly surprised when they added in both the front porch and back deck:  Neither are viewable from anywhere inside the house, and so they must have viewed the 360º exterior photos and built them in from there. I'm glad that they've got their schematic floor plan orders sent out to individuals who do a thorough job. So when it comes to schematic floor plans... Good job Matterport! P.S. if you are scanning a property and think you might have schematic floor plans ordered.... make sure you have a few 360º scans outside... you might be equally delighted. |

| @Queen_City_3D I order on for every property I scan and give them away as a thank you to the client. I haven't had your experience yet but they still do a great job for the price. | ||
