| I just left a scan, was a split level.Went to 2nd floor and scanned without creating new floor, no alignment errors since nothing is under it. I want floorplans of the separate floors. Will I need to go back or will the processor figure it out. Should I send a message to support? | ||

| @Chi3d Are you talking about ordering schematic floorplans for the additional cost? If so, I'm sure they'd figure that out and have the separate levels for you. If you are just referring to the floor levels in the model, your labelling in the workshop has no bearing to that. It figures out the floor levels on its own. |

| Hi Chi3d Every multi floored property I have received floor-plans for from Matterport comes back with the floors separated. You receive a png file for each floor and a pdf that has both floors. Hope this helps. Cheers Don |
