Very disappointed. I stalled delivery to a client last week to see how this service worked out. I ordered two Matterport Cloud Services on 04/18. It was to be a 24 hour turnaround per above OP. On 04/19 nothing. On 04/20 nothing. On 04/21, once again nothing so I sent an email. No reply. On 04/22 once again nothing so I sent a Private Message via the We Get Around Forum page. Today 04/23 still nothing and no replies to email or private message. Now I have to rearrange my schedule to process and deliver to client today plus dispute the PayPal payment. |

Hello Brian, I am sorry we apparently missed each other in our communication. You placed your order at 10:50 am EST on April 18th. I emailed you at 11:07 am EST on April 18th advising you that I had not received a collaborator invite to your scan and to please invite me. I did not hear back from you in this regard. As I look at the email I sent you now, it appears that I had a misspelling in my email and that would explain the lack of collaborator invite. My apologies for that error.
