Snapshots slow to arrive via email?6700

| Anyone else finding a delay in getting Matterport snapshots sent to you via email? I clicked the "Download All" button in workshop and got the confirmation dialog to show up confirming they were sent but still haven't received them a half hour later. Usually it's less than 2 minutes for them to show up. I even went through the process again in case I only imagined I did it the first time. In the meantime downloaded each snapshot I needed individually, which got them to me sooner but was an inconvenient and annoying process versus downloading them all at the same time. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing an issue with that as it seemed like there were some other issues with Matterport being temporarily offline this a.m. that others posted about. |

| @DanSmigrod I used to use that all the time before Matterport added the functionality themselves. If Matterport's download tool doesn't work I'll definitely go back to Ross's! | ||

| ZIP IT works, so that's a great work around to use. I'm curious if it's just me or if others aren't able to get the files sent via email by matterport. I've just tried ordering the snapshots through Matterport for a third time. As @HarlanHambright mentioned, I usually get the max res within 30 sec - 2 min... but not happening right now. |

| The pics I selected for download yesterday showed up 3 hours later. I downloaded some others later and it was less than 20 seconds, so I don't know what was off the first time! |
