Good Day. I did a tour for another service provider. He is in Florida, I am in Texas. I did the tour on my account since I was not a member of his account prior to the tour. Is there anyway to transfer the unloaded raw data tour over to his account? I worked on this for hours, since it was after 5pm on a Friday, I could not get a hold of Matterport Support, but have placed a call and an email. I have now, uploaded the tour to my account per Florida MSPs instructions. I am hoping that the uploaded completed tour on my account can be transferred by Matterport to Florida MSP account. Just seeing if anyone has had any type of experience with this situation? |

@MarkCantu At the very minimum you can contact Matterport Support and they will transfer it for you. I've had to do it with a tour I did for WeddingWire that I accidentally uploaded to my account. You could also have the Florida MSP make you a collaborator and you could upload it to his account. This will incur another processing charge though. Some of the more experienced people here might have another way. I'll look forward to seeing what they say! |

@MarkCantu Here’s the new easy-peasy way to transfer Matterport 3D Tours to other Matterport accounts... “Matterport Transfer Space” ... https://www.wegetaroundnetwork.com/topic/6502/page/1/how-does-the-transfer-space-work/ Best, Dan |

@MarkCantu You were asking if the raw data could be transferred, right? Did you find out if that's possible? We've had other MSPs do scans for us, and we've always just given them an email address to a collaborator account we've set up... but that's just having the processed scan show up in our workshop... we've never had the pre-upload raw data sent to us. We've had to rely on the other MSP to do the uploading, and if there were any tweaks necessary we've had to ask them to adjust trim lines and window/mirror markings and re-upload. I didn't think there was a way to have the actual raw data from the scan sent to someone else. Did you find out that this is, in fact, possible? |
