Has anyone had a client request to reactivate an old model they paid for after their contact is expired? What do you charge to reprocess and repost? My clients model is almost 3 years old, the property was relisted with another agent, did not sell and my client now has the listing again. Trying to figure out how to price reactivating. |

You mean relisted. What did you initially charge. Do you offer 6 or 12 month hosting fee?

I charged a per square foot fee, with hosting for 1 year.

@Cindiewozniak I guess it depends on your working relationship with that agent. It doesn't cost you anything to push a button to have it active again, and so far it seems that Matterport has been holding off with their insane idea to charge for going over the hosting limits (MATTERPORT: Remove that from your plans and you will 100% sell more cameras!!!). Personally if it was me I'd let him use it again. He paid for it once and I'd want to keep that relationship intact so that he'd come back for future business. We complain when we seem to be getting nickle and dimed... so my suggestion is to let him use it again and hope the goodwill brings future business. |
