| Hi all, I am trying to post a 360 snapshot to Google My Business, but Google is not recognizing the image as 360. It is working fine on Facebook but not on Google apps. I tried to upload directly to Google Street View but am getting this error "Unable to import 1 Photo.The image's size should be at least 3840x1920". Although I can see the image size is 4096 × 2048. I am using Matterport Pro 2. Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers, Marc |

| Photospheres are not uploaded to Google My Business. You need to add with the SV app, Google Maps or with a 3rd party publishing tool. The preferred 3rd party choice of professionals is GoThru.co. | ||
