Hello Everyone, I'm in need of "Starting Back Up" advice.

I bought a matterport camera a year and a half ago. Scanned a few and saw some potential. I then went to the stupid side and got side tracked with my other business. I recently took out the camera, wiped of the dust and started doing a few more. Real Estate for sale. Free for the Church, of course.

Then the phone started ringing. I started getting back my basic business senses and thinking wow. Hello, you've got a potential serious income in front of you. Now go get it. I am not that technological at all. I can push capture and upload. And seriously, that's it. I am that monkey.

First, tell me how to update to the latest firmware for faster captures.

Second, how do I do the 2D floor plan in black and white and not the regular one?

Third and most important to me. Charging a monthly hosting fee for businesses and vacation rentals. I learned years ago from someone, very successful person. One of the most important key ingredients to a successful business is to be able to walk away from that business and still get paid month after month after month. Who out there is successfully charging businesses a monthly hosting fee of $30, $40 or $50 dollars a month? Just like their internet, phone, electricity, security or any other service?
100 businesses times $30 = $3,000 per month. 200 businesses times $30 = $6,000 a month. I see a lot of you going after the one time hit on stuff for sale. Who's been doing great on businesses and venue's? Talk to me guys, please? And when does Corporate steal them from you or snake them away from you by going direct?
I've not been active but do read this forum daily. Your thoughts please?
