Hi All, I'm sure someone in the forum has the answer to this, so no need to bog down Ross @ WP3D with a support question... I am trying to build a page for a client that has multiple scanned areas of a hospital under construction. I have 15 separate scans and my plan was simply to put one on to a page and then add the others using shortcodes through the "Add Property Info Tabs" section which works, but I didn't realize it caps out at 3 tabs. I know it's possible to have them all appear on one page like a gallery. Can someone remind me how this is done? |

@Queen_City_3D Embed iFrame within the tabs. Or, seems like a great use case for ThreeSixty Tours as the hero image in WP3D Models. Simply select ThreeSixty Tours instead of Matterport 3D Tour for the hero image and paste ThreeSixty Tours link. Best, Dan |

@DanSmigrod Thanks. I clued in that I can also use the "Model 'client' Attribute" and that would also build a gallery for that particular job (https://wp3dmodels.com/doc/model-client-attribute/) |

You can use my WP Matterport Shortcode Plugin alongside WP3D Models for this. https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-gallery-for-matterport-showcase/ |

Hi all! I agree with Dan, this use case seems IDEAL for ThreeSixty Tours. You'd be able to quickly orient your user to where the various 3D scans are located, in relation to each other. @Queen_City_3D - Have you checked out ThreeSixty Tours yet? Otherwise, yes, you could create a WordPress-based "page" and use either WP3D to generate a gallery of just those specific Models (using a custom "model type" or you could use WP Matterport Shortcode Plugin for this same purpose. Hope this helps & please reach out with any questions! Ross |

I like the idea of ThreeSixty Tours, but don't have an overhead shot. Google Earth has this: ... but it's the area under construction that is where the building now stands. What would you do with ThreeSixty Tours if you didn't have a good visual to begin with? |

@Queen_City_3D Here are options for exactly the scenario that you describe ... Any chance you could get a drone-based 360?

@rpetersn I was playing around with ThreeSixty Tours and it looks like once you've started a panorama you can then have a 2D photo with content markers... That said, is it possible to START with a 2D photo without having a 360° panorama? If I could do something like this (see image below where the location markers would theoretically open up individual matterport tours), then that might be a good option: However, the ThreeSixty Tours website says I need to create a panorama first and if I try to put in a 2D photo it doesn't work as it wants a 360° image. Is it possible right now do use only 2D photo and no 360° to start? |

Hi @Queen_City_3D - Yep...you can do what you're indicating with only a 2D Image. The account you created is a "free account" and the 2D functionality (+ area maps) is enabled for the paid plans. Are you part of the WGAN network? If so, that would get you a free top-tier account. Does that help? |

I think its a good option for them. It would be better if, as you mentioned, I had a drone aerial shot... but the building isn't completed and so that wouldn't look all that great. Right now I'm using a 2D architectural rendering. It's a view of the building's front and so I'm able to have the tour markers placed in roughly the right locations of the build along the height and width dimension... and if/when I have a good looking overhead view I could show the location depth as well.

Cool...perhaps you can add that in as soon as you get your hands on an aerial 360. Glad to hear it is meeting your needs! |
