| Hi @Ghagendorf - There shouldn't be any issue with the computer type and playing this audio. Is it possible that your sound is off? This works fine for me and I haven't heard from anyone else that it isn't working. That said, perhaps "soundtrack" isn't the right word to describe this...as there is no "narration" or timed explanation of what you are seeing in the MP tour. What happens here is that we add an auto-playing MP3 to the WP3D Model and it starts at approximately the same time as the Matterport tour does. They are both controlled independently. |
