Tours on Zillow have the height shortened6220

My father-in-law is selling his home in Florida and I created a tour for him to use. Well, my wife went on Zillow this morning to view it on her phone and it's been shortened. So much that you can only see the very bottom of it. Thinking it was her phone I tried mine, it did the same thing. I looked at another tour on Zillow and it was the same. Here is a screenshot. Anyone else have this problem on Zillow with their mobile devices? |

| My Matterport links work fine on Zillow. Have the agent reload the link to the virtual tour in thier MLS. | ||

| I’m sorry you’re experiencing trouble with your shoot but it looks great on my iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Pro2 10.5 inch. Great Job on the walkthrough. Btw, are you trying to view it in Landscape mode? If so it will shorten the height automatically. However you can sill pan up and down, and look in all directions to view the entire space. | ||
