so you do a shoot of the agent (upsell) and then offer for a price to do one of their clients? Many matterports you do are on properties that the client has used the agent before. So in your questionnaire or script you ask "has the owner used you before?" and then you pitch them the videos. You are already there and you get a nice bump for an extra 1.5 hours of your time. Then after a few post them on your facebook shopping cart or website and throw a nice price that you offer discounts if its combined with a matterport. Just sayin' |
