| Hi All, An international designer of discos company has reached out to the We Get Around Network to source Matterport Pros around the world using the We Get Around Network Find a Matterport Pro Map. In addition to the Matterport Spaces 3D Tours, the designer wants the Matterport scanning data to do the design in Auotodesk 3DS MAX 3D modeling, animation, and rendering software. (We Get Around will convert the Matterport Object file to either .3ds or .3dmax for the client.) This is a very interesting use case. While using existing scanning data makes it easier and faster at less cost for the Disco Designer to custom design a Disco that is unique to the space, the bigger opportunity for the Disco Designer is increased business by leveraging the scanning data to design Discos faster at less cost to the client – without the need for the Disco Designer to visit onsite. Among the locations – Frankfurt Am Main, Germany - where we do not have a Matterport Pro on the We Get Around Network Find a Matterport Pro Map. ✓ Matterport Pro Wanted: Frankfurt Am Main Matterport scanning of spaces for architects, space planners and Disco Designers  is a cool use of the Matterport 3D Camera.How might this inspire you to seek-out renovation scanning opportunities? | Hi All, I did some brainstorming with the Disco Design firm today (Friday, 10 November 2017) and it turns out that there are two opportunities to scan: Phase 1: As described above - to capture the scanning data for the design phase Phase 2: After the Disco is built - to be used by both the Disco and the Designer I suggested to the Disco Design firm that they include Phase 2 in their proposal to Clubs to add value to giving the new Club a great visual storytelling tool to help bring in customers. And, help differentiate the Disco Design Firm from competitors. When a client asks you to quote on a Matterport Space - ask the why questions. By understanding that the Disco Designer was using the Matterport 3D Tour to help close deals, get business by making it super-easy, super-fast and affordably get a Disco designed, that naturally lead to adding the Phase 2 value to help close sales as well (and for the Disco Designer to have an awesome visual storying tool for their website.
