 @Max_Sodomovskiy Thanks for noticing the updated Matterport Capture App V2.4 .... We usually wait before installing, unless there is something "new" that matters to us. I am posting these details for those that want to know what is new in Matterport Capture App V2.4 released Monday, 6 November 2017. Dan --  My highlights in Bold --- What's New in Version 2.4 • French, German and Spanish: If you operate your iPad in one of these languages, Capture will switch to present localized content. • Visual (Assisted) Alignment for empty and repetitive spaces. Scanning empty and repetitive spaces such as offices, warehouses, auditoriums, long halls, gymnasiums, etc. can be difficult. This feature helps you to reduce misalignments in these tricky spaces. First, tape unique markers (also known as "AprilTags"  to walls in the space. Second, turn on the toggle in the Capture app settings. The Capture app will look for these markers during scanning and use them if they are there.Learn more and download printable markers [here]. • Sorting: make it easier to find what you're looking for in your list of jobs. • Firmware notifications: Improve awareness of new camera firmware builds. In multi-camera scenarios, make it clear which cameras are up to date and which are not. • Low storage warnings: Improve low storage warnings so that you have more time to free up space. • Enhanced organizational support: help you more easily manage multiple account relationships, minimize the chance of uploading to the wrong customer account. • Performance improvements on iPads with 2GB and 1GB of RAM • Fixes crashes and other bugs Note: • This is the last major release for very old 32-bit iPads. If you cannot install iOS11 on an iPad, then it uses the older 32-bit architecture. |

| For anyone in the United States -- On Saturday, Nov 11th, Sams Club will be having a fantastic sale on newer iPad Models. I would highly recommend purchasing an iPad Pro to be ready for whatever new features Matterport has in store. It seems unlikely that Matterport would be ending support for 32-bit iPads unless they NEEDED to. |

| For what it's worth in the last week I have had multiple crashes while scanning. Same thing keeps happening where the transfer process gets stuck and I can't do anything. I have to close app and restart it. But when capture app restarts it says it is fixing the model. Then, I get back to my model where most if not all of my markings of windows, mirrors And my trimmings are all gone and I have had to redo them. Very annoying. Just today, I had 3 crashes on one job. I will most certainly be doing the update later tonight hoping it fixes this problem that recently just started happening. | ||
