This the second store in a 3 store project, it is almost a little over 60000sq ft, my biggest job to date! I should have had a grocery cart along with me as I kept saying, “I want that”. If you ever travel to Pismo Besch, this is the ultimate place to stock up. Lizzg |

I learned to Start early, 4am in this case, put the tripod on a rolling dolly, (I have the one you recommended) and try to stay on the same track. Due to things I could not control, I had to leave an area, connect in another section and return. It was possible but it made things take longer and a little More difficult. A lot of grocery stores are always open or open from 6 AM to 11 PM, and one must coordinate with staff to help with traffic control once the store opens. People will walk in front of the camera as they look at it with a quizzical expression on their face. It was too much for me to control the traffic and the camera at the same time. Some of the important sections of this store would not be ready until after nine in the morning, so, I had to be sure I had connectable path to those areas I could return to when they were ready. It was the first thing I did when I began. It will be help. I feel like I could give a 20/30 minute class on how to scan grocery stores after my expenses! Lizzg |

Hi @DimitryReev, The client is placing the Tour on the website. The idea is to familiarize the public to the new Grocery Store. This market creates video for their unique in house made products, from roasted coffees to artisan breads. They want to get the word out. As for pricing, I’m sure I underpriced, but the learning process was worth it. Lizzg |

Just an idea for traffic control... We did a large gym. We couldn't have people in it, so I scanned the entire space at night and came back in the early am when the sun was up to scan the spaces close to windows and doors. It worked flawlessly. The tour looks like it was done during the day, but was actually mostly completed at night. Just an idea for traffic control. You might need a couple of nights with a space this large. |

@Dolloff Brilliant technique. I do something similar for this project. ✓ Matterport Pro 3D Camera Photographers: 11 Tips for Capturing Magical 3D Models" -- '"Stretching" golden hour lighting, for example, [b]meant capturing the space almost twice. First, to shoot the entire space. Then, to have the luxury of just capturing the "magic hour" scans upstairs and downstairs. In the master bathroom shower, we just needed to add one "magic hour" scan in the shower. "The day-light lighting did not matter for the stairs and the bathrooms, but to scan these spaces, we needed to scan connecting spaces knowing that some of the spaces would need to be re-shot."
