Dear all, I write you to talk about the same topic here: https://www.wegetaroundnetwork.com/topic/3877/matterport-webvr--google-daydream-vr-viewer/ I invested in a dedicated Android Smartphone, and Daydream googles, to have a VR headset for my commercial team that could sell better our 3D Matterport services. But the result is worst than Matterport VR with Cardboard. Can someone explain me if I'm doing something wrong? - there still is no dollhouse - flying points to catch are huge tedious baloons - the remote control is useless and not used for moving around (that would have been the most important upgrade) Can you confirm ? |

I've only used with Cardboard and the Cardboard App. Worked well, but I prefer using the desktop version and just putting my face close to my monitor

Cardboard certainly is more accessible to more people.

I also have a Daydream and still the experience is very bad as there is no native daydream app. To get the MP cardboard app working you need to turn of NFC. The WebVR version with the "huge tedious baloons" IMO is not very good compared to the cardboard app. |
