| We do this. MESH Images is a digital production studio for 360 3D content based in Berlin, Germany. We model with autodesk media suite programs and render with vray. Apart from 3D modeling we provide 360 3D photography/videography (insta360 pro) and matterport photography. Typical problems with modeling and rendering are 1) choice of textures and 2) information management and also model 3) structuring/setup in xref (we model large and complex environments - often with more than 30.000.000 polygons). Problems 1) and 2) can perfectly be solved with Matterport - after construction and for refurbishment projects. |

| You got me thinking. How about a fourth issue? Distribution. Are you sharing the completed models back to your client? Are they able to get potential buyers to walkthrough the virtualized model of the space? |

| Yes, we also handout models for an extra fee and sometimes we help with VR installations and additional support. We will now provide a client with an irisvr solution for a large project with about 250 appartments. It is easy to use and set up quickly. See https://irisvr.com/ | ||

| You should take a look at vcad.com, too. We offer the same VR experience as IrisVR Prospect, but on a mobile app (iOS and Android). Today, we're in the 4 million polygon range. While there is a polygon limit, it infinitely increases the distribution because it opens up the content to be displayed on everyone's phone. Take a look and let me know what you think. |
