  Hi, we shooted 8 apartments in a city 6 hours away from our home based, and when we started editting we found a lot of "level" or uneven floor issues.... any ideas what we could do to fix these problems? other than going back and re-shoot? Please advise, |

| @walk360 Can you share a link to the model and a screen grab of the mini-map on your iPad showing a close up of the scans and trimming in the affected areas in the photos that you shared? In the mean time, I encourage you to: 1. double-check your trimming 2. reprocess (even if you just make a slight change in the model) Matterport does not charge for reprocessing the same model additional multiple times. | @DanSmigrod Also, use the window tool to trim the patio railing. Put the trim on the inside the railing, based on the bottom of the railing in the mini-map. Dan |

| Hi Dan, Here is the link of the space: https://my.matterport.com/models/dWHEYDitceW We did a lot of trimming on this model... nothing seems to work on the aligment problem ;(  Do you know if anybody from tech support will be at the NAR Even in Chicago? Matterport always have a big stand in those events... I wanted to take my camera to see if they can do a calibration work on it and then bring it back with me. Thanks for any advise, |
