Hello everyone, I have a big customer that I made some Matterport scans last year. They also own 2 marinas and would like me to create 360 tours for them. Mainly inside of the buildings but apparently there will be many outside views as well. I don't think Matterport is the right tool to use but they will expect similar results. Did and of you make something similar? I appreciate any suggestions, for hardware and for software... Thanks in advance. |

@Faga Is this helpful regarding how We Get Around provides Matterport Space 3D Tour - along with 360º Photo Spheres? www.1948northsidedrive.info (We use WP3D Models to create this page and embed the 360ºs ...) Here are 70 360º 1-click Cameras ... Camera Tab Above If you let me know your budget, timing and other features you might seek in a 360º Camera, I can make some recommendations. Best, Dan |

Thanks Dan but I don't think the above example will satisfy the customer... I might use a 360 camera and create panotour, that's one option. I was planning to buy the insta360 one, what do you say? |

@Faga I like the specs on the insta360 One. I presently use an insta360 Nano for iPhone and insta360 Air for Android. I like the easy - just works - user experience. Once you get it, please review it in the WGAN Forum. Thanks, Dan |

There was a project with some aerial photos linked with 360 tours and matterport spaces but I couldn't find it. Perhaps it was a college tour?

Yes, I remember CartoBlue. But there was another example in the forum of a college campus. I think that was a different solution

@Faga That's terrific! I do not know if that's their own solution or if they use a different third-party. You can do that with @CartoBlue interactive image map service. Dan |

@Faga Seems like either CartoBlue or ThreeSixty Tours would be a great solution for your Marina project. If you don't have an aerial 360º, you might try this ... ✓ How to Create Aerial 360 with Google Earth Which solution is right for you? Sounds like a person choice. Please let us know which solution you go with and why .... Best, Dan |
