Hi All, Just tried to re-process a model - twice - and I do not see it in my Matterport Cloud. My iPad shows that the two revised models uploaded successfully. Anyone else having the same challenge today (4:05 pm ET Wednesday, 23 August 2017). Thanks, Dan |

Screen Grab 1 Screen Grab 2 Hi All, While I found the models processing, it's weird. It's in a sub-folder that I do not believe that I created (Screen Grab 1) and when I click on the folder, I get an error message (Screen Grab 2) I tried to locate the place in my profile where I set the default folder (of my choice) where models download, but it looks like that feature is no longer available. I did recently change the default setting of where our Matterport Spaces go, but it is obviously not happening on these two re-uploaded models. Ah! I wonder if because I changed the location of the original model -- and then re-uploaded it to be re-processed - I have confused the process. Thoughts? Dan P.S. ZZZZzzzzz..... |

Could be something "wrong" in the Matterport clouds (too much work?". It happened to me too and after a while it worked fine again. | ||
