| The is the first time I've noticed this but when you view a Matterport 'Virtual Tour' in the Zillow iPad App the dollhouse, floor plan and highlight reel icons are all missing. Anyone else notice this? I opened Safari, Firefox and Chrome on my iPad and went to the Zillow website to view the VT and all the icons are visible. Weird. |

| Is it possible to show this in relation to the Zillow App? Or, if it is easier, maybe just shoot a photo of your iPad (with the issue present on the screen) and post that photo? I'm trying to determine if this is related to a separate iPad-related bug that was discovered and reported. Thx! | ||

| Okay...I fished this up myself on an iPad and I see the issue, and may be related to what has already been reported to Matterport. Viewing embedded spaces on an iPad has seen some funky behavior recently, for sure. I'm hopeful that a global fix from MP is around the corner. | ||

| Gotcha. I may just escalate it to them again because this is a big issue, especially if I'm advocating the ease of use on mobile devices. | ||

| Response from Matterport Support: Hi Lee, It's an issue with the iPhone and iPad iOS. We've reported it to Apple and awaiting for their fix on the next. Hopefully Apple fixes it on the next iOS but when we depend on another company we're at their mercy. Best Regards, Tim Matterport Support |
