| I track the weekly stats for all my models for my clients. It helps them see the activity and provide feedback to their clients. All of the sudden there seems to be glitch in the Matterstats as the number of unique visitors is less than the week before.Pretty much across the board, not just one or two models. How is it possible to "lose" a unique viewer? Anyone else track stats and see this happening? | ||

| I did get a reply from support this afternoon. It is as follows: We changed our analytics on our back-end to become more accurate. It has affected all Matterport users, lowering numbers on the statistics by a few. I hope this answers your question. If you have any more concerns, feel free to let us know! I did reply asking if they had any idea how far off the numbers were and exactly what did they determine a "unique visitor" is since that seems to be the numbers that got lowered the most. Will let you know what the response is. |
