Hi All,

I am not able to launch Matterport Workshop, as of 11 am ET today (Thursday, 13 July 2017).

See screen grab for error message.

I wonder if this is related to the "upgrade" that Matterport implemented yesterday.

I tried quitting Chrome and re-trying Workshop.

Are you experiencing this problem?

I will send a note to Matterport Support now and report back when I hear from them.

Also, when I hit publish changes the yellow box goes grey and says "Publishing changes" but never publishes them.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for reaching out with your concern. I was able to load the Space in Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 on a Mac. Please let me know what browser version you're running and the OS. For now, you may want to clear any cache and a few other things. See attached screenshot. Please let me know if this continues to be a problem.

I still have a space from yesterday that the workshop is not cooperating. I sent in a support ticket so we'll see how this goes. Until then I have re uploaded the model to see if that changes anything. An interesting note...I uploaded the space yesterday near the time that the "upgrade" was happening. It seems that the 2 from yesterday have a lot more clarity and lighting issues than normal. Not super impressed at all.

Thanks for the info. It's possible this was due to the upgrades made last night. Some, I know, were able to save their workshop issues by logging out and logging back in to their account.

I went on my ipad and trimmed a little light leak and re uploaded the space. It is processed now and working as usual. The first try was a loss though. Pretty frustrating waste of time...

We had trouble adding LABELS today (Thursday, 13 July 2017). And, we had (some) trouble having SnapShots being saved.

I believe it is related to the "upgrade" Matterport did yesterday.

Have also experienced some issues.

maybe more important: the platform seems to show issues on reuploads and duplicates and adds these when renamed or corrected as new spaces and I guess MP wants to charge them.

I am really worried about MP future when I have a closer look at their development speed, quality of code & platform services.

Looks like they get a 2nd Soundcloud. Soundcloud is a bad example showing how fast 100 millions can be wasted to bring a startup below the ground.
