Matterport Cloud "Saving" to Pause 12 July4986

Matterport Cloud "saving" will not work for 30 minutes this Thursday, 12 July 2017.

I saw this message today (10 July) while signing into Matterport Cloud.

"We will perform maintenance for Matterport Cloud at 5:15 pm on [Thursday] July 12th (Pacific). Saving will be disabled for 30 minutes."

Seems like Matterport should have sent an eblast as soon as they new this.

Not sure why Matterport picked the likely peak of post production globally to do this.

I went back to the original screen grab and that I made an error regarding the day.

The correct day - as reported by Matterport is 5-5:30 PST Wednesday, 12 July 2017 - for 30 minutes.

It's 8:51pm CST (5:51pm PST) and they are still 'read only'.

All I can say is that I understand adding capacity ... but I always get excited that something incredibly awesome is about to happen (other than it going back to being fully online)... then I get let down and it's no one's fault but my own.

Ugh... still can't edit details, save any snapshots or do anything else in workshop as I'm getting a "read only" error message too. ... 6:23pst currently and counting....




EDIT.... 6:42 pst and it seems to (finally) be working now.
