| A broker I work with was trying to get a listing and her client lived across the country. The broker (brilliantly, I might add) hired me to do a 3D so they could talk on the phone while viewing instead of the client flying out. The point was to determine if any repairs, etc., needed to be done. When the broker got the listing, she had it staged and had me come back. I took advantage of the 'before' & 'after' and had a friend create this video for me. I showcased it at the broker's office last week and have had other brokers want to use it. Another staging company is hiring me for a 'before' & 'after' to promote their business too. |

| Another market to target with the before and after are the interior design companies and painting companies. I am meeting with those two in the coming weeks to present before and after options. | ||

| @garysnyder, I'm not sure about companies providing for a single day shoot but here in the Seattle area, there's also a company that provides do it yourself staging with prices based on how much you need, i.e., one bedroom home, etc. which would be less expensive than an actual staging company. Luckily my client paid all the expenses plus me coming out twice. | ||
