I'm not quite ready to put my Nikon on ebay, but I'm pretty impressed with the stills coming out of the new machine. Here's an amazing property I scanned Saturday. I photographed it years ago, so the realtor decided to use the old stills since the place is empty now. For R&D purposes, I extracted 25 views from the model (which took hours to process, but I'm not complaining) and downloaded en masse (amazing, took 5 seconds, and you can choose file sizes which saves editing time), ran thru Photoshop quickly. This shot is a composite of 2 images–a level snapshot and one tilted up maybe 40° and perspective corrected. The image quality rivals that of the Nikon, especially after downsampled to 1920 pixels wide–my normal delivery format. Forum downsamples the image–trust me, it looks good.) |

| MP faster by far than 2 cameras. not comfortable with abandoning the other technology. I do not .obj - no application. My first pro2 job took 50 minutes which would have been closer to an hour and half. |
