observations on scan this afternoon with the new box. 1. the system is now faster than me. i had to wait maybe 2 seconds maybe twice for the "scan" button to appear. this job was right at an hour. 2. the showcase image quality is observably better, but not breathtakingly so. 3. extracted still images are quite usable! here is one processed in photoshop for minor color correction and minor sharpening and resizing to real estate web size.  initial conclusion: i'm happy but not thrilled. let's see what happens after a few more jobs. |

| Thank you for the insight. I super bummed as I bought my system in January and I'm still on the fence as to what to do? Stick or upgrade ? Uggg Pic sure looks good!!! |
