Many people have reached out to me for advice and tips on how to run a Matterport business (secretly, I chuckle because I am not near the level to give it). In any event, if a certain amount of people VOTE ON THIS POST then I'll talk with Dan about sharing what I did. I'll even do my best to help my Newbie friend Jannai from Nevada to go from a consistent 4-6 shoots per day, six days a week to something even more unbelievable. ;-) I'll share: * Brief background that lead to Matterport * Original business model * Current business model * ALL of my email campaigns with recorded stats * Stupid blunders * Top three suggestions regarding your business * Customer service * Methodology My thought is to work with Dan and Terry to make a 2 min White Board presentation then do a super informal Q/A. By no means do I consider myself anything more than middle/average in what I do but, as mentioned, if enough people are interested (by voting on this post) I'll see what I can whip up. No MatterBabies allowed, though. hahaha |
