| Can you recover deleted models? I accidentally deleted a folder containing 50 or so models, and really need to recover it. Has anyone had any success or am I out of luck! I already submitted a ticket with MatterPort, and have 15 or so models on my iPad which I am currently re uploading if they are unable to accommodate me. Thanks  |

| Sorry, we tried but can't get any information from the deleted link address. Did you download them on your offline app "Matterport 3D Showcase" before delete? If you have them we have the ability to put them back online again by our showcase platform JuPlayer. |
