| Just wondering if anyone is using CRM to manage leads and customer accounts. I have been diving in with prosperworks and am not sure how I should be using opportunities and projects in the sales process. Any Thoughts? |

| @TourMySpace I have not used that CRM before. I glanced over it and did not see a mass email but surely they have it. What exactly are your goals? Where are you gathering leads from? What info are you receiving from your opt in? Leads are only good for a few minutes. You have to make sure you have your system up and running properly or you are wasting time/money. With a little more info, hopefully we will be able to suggest ways to help meet your goals. |
