| No errors, it lets me add them all. Then if you refresh the tour it will randomly load only 5 of the videos. I read on the matterport website that they do limit links to 5. If the content is all hosted 3rd party why does it matter to matterport how many there are? (Excuse the pun) |

| @RealEstateVR May I estimate the reason for video limitation? When you trigger one video tag showcase will create one new layer of page for video content. The initial of video content layer require some time and showcase will keep it alive so that next time when you trigger it, the layer will show up immediately. But keep video layer alive require more resouses so they must have a limitation. Video tag in our rich-tag POF(proof of functions) won't be kept alive so there is no limitation of video tag Qty. We only have one limitation that only 10 different tag icons can be loaded. Our rich-tag POF include below features: 1. Multimedia support: Youtube, Music, Picture, Picture links, Web Pages, Google Map; 2. Interactive audio tag that can be used to control audio play/pause and volume; 3. Up to 10 different tag icons can be selected from http://ionicons.com/ library with any color; 4. All tag's popup window is a real 3D surface within Showcase not a 2D layer overlay; (We suggest Matterport try our way by using CSS3D with iframe for this 3D surface effect.) 5. | @Richierichks I´ve seen this happen to several people after the latest update. It seems MP added responsive code making the workshop unavailable in screensizes smaller than X (so it will not show up on tablets/phones) - Try scaling your browser fullsizes or reduce the textsize in your browser. I know it sounds silly and I appologise if you´ve already tried this and there is an issue that I don´t know of. | ||

| Having real problems adding an embed.ly link into a Mattertag - e.g. http://www.website.com . The generated code from embed.ly is too long for the Details box and not recognised by the Media box. Can't shorten the code from embed.ly either because it's not a url. Anybody have a solution for this? | ||

@Baxter It automatically uses embed.ly to serve the link you provide. In other words, Matterport have employed the embed.ly API -- you don't need to worry about visiting their site  |

| Thanks for helping so late at night. However, when I paste e.g. http://www.website.com into the Media box it tells me "We aren't able to find the media. Please make sure the url is correct." The url is definitely correct and I can't find an answer in the Help. If I paste the url into the Details box then it just appears as the url text. Am I missing something super obvious? |

| Hi Robin, Sorry for the late reply and thanks for your ideas. Yes, was posting in the new Media field and couldn't get it to work. As a work around I manually inputted the associated text and links and hosted my own images and pasted the respective URL into the media box. Gave pretty much the same look. Quite time consuming so I'll contact Matterport about why it wasn't working correctly. Cheers, Ryan |
