Hi All,

I got to experience SketchUp Viewer (Trimble) in HoloLens at SPAR 3D.

Imagine that you are an architect and your client is in a different city. Both of you can collaborate - "Remote Collaboration" - in a virtual world making real-time changes to a design.

Now imagine that the design is a renovation in a real space. The renovation (SketchUp) can be mashed up with the actual space to show a client how the design will look in the existing space.

Any CAD vile that can be converted to SketchUp can be viewed with the SketchUp Viewer in the HoloLens experience.

Plus, a similar solution is in development for Revvit files. (Trimble Connect for HoloLens app coming soon.)

The Trimble SketchUp Viewer app ($1,500) is a premium app that is available today in the Microsoft Applications Store.
